Navkiran Singh and Associates is a law firm that stands out for Truth and Justice. The firm is headed by Mr. Navkiran Singh who was called to Bar in the year 1986, having enrolment number P-786/1986 and since then has been practicing at Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India. He is a 2nd Generation Lawyer and his father started his practice in 1949.

The firm is further strengthened by joining of his son Navratan Singh Fateh who did his law degree from University Institute of Law, Panjab University, Chandigarh and enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, having enrolment number P-1/2012. After doing LL.M from University of Toronto and acquiring degree of Barristers and Solicitors from Canada, he is now practicing as an Immigration Lawyer in Canada, having his offices in Canada and India.

She is also a Co-Founder and Partner at JusIP, a leading law firm that specializes in Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Corporate / Commercial law. Advocate Jasneet Kaur has nearly 14 years of experience in the legal field, and has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases, including high-profile litigation. She holds her Law Degree from reputed Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai.  
Advocate Jasneet is a highly accomplished lawyer who is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals. Over the years, Advocate Jasneet has gained acclaim for her dispute resolution capability having represented clients across courts and tribunals. Navratan Singh Fateh earned his law degree (B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) from Panjab University, Chandigarh in the year 2011. He further pursued his studies at Harvard Summer School, where he obtained a diploma in Law & Psychology, and completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Toronto. His LL.M. thesis, “Honour Killings: A Canadian Context,” contributed to his deep understanding of complex legal issues. During his time at the University of Toronto, he was also honored to serve as President of the Graduate Law Students Association.

After completing his articles, Mr. Fateh was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2014. He has extensive experience representing clients before the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, the Immigration and Refugee Board, and the Federal Court of Canada. In addition to his Canadian credentials, Mr. Fateh is a member of the Bar Council of India and the Law Society of British Columbia. Besides assisting his father in selective cases in High Court of Chandigarh India as Mr. Fateh is also enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, for the last 11 years, Mr. Fateh has also been dealing with Judicial Review of Immigration cases in Canada and is running his own Law Firm under the name of "Fateh Law Corporation".

She is also well-versed in cases involving human rights violations and consistently appears before the Punjab State Human Rights Commission, advocating for the protection of fundamental rights and legal redress for victims.
 

During her academic years, Advocate Harpreet actively participated in various moot courts, seminars, and conferences, while interning with notable organizations such as the Punjab State Human Rights Commission. There, she conducted an empirical study titled "Alcoholism and Domestic Violence" involving a survey of 120 individuals in Mohali (Punjab), and submitted a detailed research report based on her findings.
 

Advocate Harpreet Kaur joined Singh Lawyers in March 2016 and at present she is a Senior Associate at Singh Lawyers. Beyond her courtroom work, Advocate Harpreet is committed to legal awareness and education. She also runs a legal blog titled "Law School Notes", aimed at simplifying complex legal topics for the general public.
