The Problem

Distance makes everything harder —

and some people are counting on that.

When you live abroad, three things work against you the moment a legal issue starts back home.

01

You cannot simply be there

Hearings, registry visits, document signings — the system assumes you are around the corner. Repeated flights for a case that drags on for years is not realistic.

02

Someone counts on your absence

Hearings, registry visits, document signings — the system assumes you are around the corner. Repeated flights for a case that drags on for years is not realistic.

03

You have been let down before

Hearings, registry visits, document signings — the system assumes you are around the corner. Repeated flights for a case that drags on for years is not realistic.

You're not being paranoid — you're being realistic. The answer isn't to give up your rights from 8,000 kilometres away. It's to have someone on the ground who is genuinely accountable to you.

COMPLETELY REMOTE

We handle the entire matter from Chandigarh while you stay abroad.

A properly drafted, registered Power of Attorney lets our advocates file your case, appear in court, and manage every step on your behalf.

Zero travel

Your case proceeds whether you are in Toronto, Sydney, or Dubai. Video and WhatsApp in your timezone.

Direct lawyer access

You speak to the advocate handling your matter — not a junior who passes messages along.

Transparent fees

You know what you are paying before we begin. No surprise bills, no open-ended meters.

High Court access

Based in Chandigarh — direct access to the Punjab & Haryana High Court for appeals, writs and complex litigation.

HOW IT WORKS

Your case, step by step — from abroad.

Five clear stages, each handled on the ground in India while you stay where you are.

1

case review

Share your situation over a video or WhatsApp consultation. We assess your position honestly — including whether you have a case worth fighting.

2

Power of Attorney & documentation

We draft a PoA tailored to your matter. You execute it abroad, notarise and apostille it or get it attested at the Indian Consulate, then send it to us for registration in India.

3

Title & case audit

Before filing, we verify the ground truth — a title search at the Sub-Registrar and a read of your legal standing — so there are no surprises later.

4

Filing & representation

We send legal notices, file your suit, and appear in court. Under BNSS 2023, many courts allow video appearances where your input is needed.

5

Regular updates

You receive proactive updates at every stage — not silence until you chase us. You always know exactly where your case stands.

COMMON CONCERNS

Honest answers to the questions we hear most.

Will I need to come to India at any point?

In the vast majority of matters, no. The PoA authorises us to act in your name. Where a court specifically requires your physical appearance, we will tell you in advance — that is a narrow exception, not the rule.

How do I know you will not go silent?

We provide a structured update schedule — after every hearing, after every significant development. You also have the direct mobile number of the advocate on your file.

What if my case is weak?

We will tell you. The free case review is genuinely honest — including our assessment of the realistic outcome. We do not take on matters we do not believe in.

Can I trust you with sensitive family matters?

Absolute confidentiality is non-negotiable. Every family matter is treated with the same discretion we would want for our own. We will never discuss your matter with third parties.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get started if I am overseas right now?

Fill in the contact form below or WhatsApp us directly. We will schedule a call at a time that works in your timezone. No documents are needed for the first conversation.

What does a Power of Attorney allow you to do?

A registered PoA can authorise us to file court petitions, sign documents, appear at hearings, conduct title searches, send legal notices, and represent you in negotiations — almost everything a party would do in person.

How long will my case take?

This depends on the type of matter and the court. We will give you an honest estimate during the review — and will never string you along with false optimism.

Do you only handle Punjab matters?

We primarily handle matters in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh with direct High Court presence. For other states, we will honestly say whether we are the right firm or refer you to a trusted colleague.
