Navkiran Singh and Associates is a law firm that stands out for Truth and Justice. The firm is headed by Mr. Navkiran Singh who was called to Bar in the year 1986, having enrolment number P-786/1986 and since then has been practicing at Punjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India. He is a 2nd Generation Lawyer and his father started his practice in 1949.

The firm is further strengthened by joining of his son Navratan Singh Fateh who did his law degree from University Institute of Law, Panjab University, Chandigarh and enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, having enrolment number P-1/2012. After doing LL.M from University of Toronto and acquiring degree of Barristers and Solicitors from Canada, he is now practicing as an Immigration Lawyer in Canada, having his offices in Canada and India.

Navratan Singh (Fateh) attended law school at Panjab University, Chandigarh where he received his law degree in B.A.LL.B.(Hons.). While maintaining a keen interest in litigation, he participated in various moot court competitions. After which, he attended University of Toronto in Canada to receive his master of law’s and published his thesis on the topic of ‘Honour Killings- A Canadian Context’. Mr. Navratan Singh (Fateh) was also elected as the President of the Graduate Law Students Association at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto. After completing his articles Navratan Singh (Fateh) became a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. Mr. Navratan Singh (Fateh) represented clients at the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, Immigration Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada. Mr. Navratan Singh (Fateh) is a full time Associate with Sanghera Sandhar Law Group in British Columbia, Canada.

Harpreet Kaur has completed B. A. LL. B. (Hons.) from University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh in 2014. She has also completed P.G. Diploma in Criminology and Forensic Science by distance learning from Annamalai University in 2016. Harpreet also participated in various conferences, seminar and moot court competitions during law school. While pursuing her degree, Harpreet also did internships at various organizations including Punjab State Human Rights Commission where she conducted a survey on a sample size of 120 people in the region of Mohali area (Punjab) and submitted a report based on empirical study on the topic 'Alcoholism and Domestic Violence'. Since March 2016, Harpreet is an Associate in the Office of Navkiran Singh and Associates. In addition, Harpreet has also appeared in various cases in other forums such as District Consumer Forum, NRI Commission (Punjab) and Punjab State Human Rights Commission. Harpreet is also running a blog under the name "Law School Notes" in order to spread legal awareness among the general public and has also got her other works published online on websites like lawlex.org, academike by lawctopus.com and blogs on ipleaders.com.
